With rapid development of global PV industry and a positive market prospect of the amorphous silicon thin film solar cells, the technology in this area becomes increasingly mature which delivers higher efficiency and stability in photoelectric conversion. According to relevant forecast, thin film solar cells will account for over 30% of overall market share of solar cells by 2030.
